Our max occupancy is currently set to 165
$100 cleaning fee on each booking day.
Please return the space to the same state you found it.

walkthroughs are approx 15 minutes and for photos and questions and are scheduled into our calendar by staff availability.
*A DEPOSIT OF 50 PERCENT OF YOUR RENTAL FEE WILL BE DUE AT TIME OF BOOKING TO BE PLACED IN OUR CALENDAR.

WE DO NOT CURRENTLY HAVE LIGHTS AND SOUND INSTALLED IN THIS SPACE. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN SPEAKERS / LIGHTS FOR FILMING / PHOTOGRAPHY / OR PERFORMANCE PIECES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
Our play / show Rates are the standard 199 per hour if you book 6 or more shows at STUDIO B.
and you keep all of your ticket sales!
Please be on time or early with deposits and balances for your bookings. You cannot begin filming, rehearsing or using our space unless you are current in your payments or have an agreed upon arrangement. Failure to arrive to your booking with proper payment before your booking begins can result in the cancellation of your booking with no refund at the discretion of the working manager. Please be on time with payments so we can continue operating and functioning properly.
You may arrive up to 15 minutes early for your booking. The staff has until your booking Time begins to arrive and let you in. Before your booking we will greet you and settle any payments / go over locking up procedures and light board operations / tech stuff set up mics and playback etc.
There is no early set up for bookings. If you need to come in early to set up anything that is considered time in our space. Please add that time to your booking so we can account for that. We need to make sure we have someone available and that the space is not booked. Include set up / load in / and break down to your booking time.
Please put things back where you found them. Make the space as good as when you got there. You have a 15 minute grace period to exit the building from your wrap time. We have surveillance that alerts us when you leave. At 16 minutes, there is a full hour charge. Plan accordingly to make sure you have time to get everything without rushing and forgetting things. On the rare occasion we have back to back bookings we ask that you are hard out at your scheduled out time. No grace period in those cases.
LOST AND FOUND:
We will hold lost and found items for up to 30 days. If we do not hear from you within 30 days we refuse the right to dispose / donate / remove your belongings from our space. As long as we have heard from you or are alerted of your item, we will hold onto it! your item will not leave our space as long as you've alerted us.
