MEETINGS / WORKSHOPS (no technician included)

No light board included or mics / sound. If you need lights and sound please look at our Event rates which include a technician and mics / sound and lights.

1-15 people - $99/hr

16-65 people - $149/hr

65+ people - $199/hr

REHEARSAL SPACE (must have a show booked with us and based on availability)

$79/hr (primetime slots are full price / not available for rehearsal rate) (does not include technician)

 

TECH REHEARSAL 

$114/hr (includes on site tech / must have a show booked with us / based on availability)

EVENT / PARTY VENUE RATE: (parties, banquet, corporate, birthdays,  Film premieres or screenings, DJ parties, Live Band Concerts)

1-65 people: $199/hr

66-100 people: $249/hr

101+ people: $299/hr 

ONE ON-SITE TECHNICIAN AND CLEANING FEE INCLUDED IN PRICE.

Please inquire about our policies regarding Liquor sales / onsite consumption of alcohol, as well as the need for our security and licensing requirements.

FILM / STAGE PRODUCTION RATES (Film productions, stage plays, Musicals, Comedy Specials filming)

 (Cleaning fee and Tech included in price)

1-9 people: $149/hr

10-100 people: $199/hr

101+ people:  $299/hr

OPTIONAL:

$150 per night for overnight storage and based on availability

walkthroughs are approx 15 minutes and for photos and questions and are scheduled into our calendar by staff availability. 

*A DEPOSIT OF 50 PERCENT OF YOUR RENTAL FEE WILL BE DUE AT TIME OF BOOKING TO BE PLACED IN OUR CALENDAR.



Playhouse Specifications:
 warehouse space with moveable comfortable seating for up to 99 (in progress, please contact about availability)

Seats can be moved and arranged for whatever look you want your show to have! 
Approximately 3000 sq feet space

Lobby and concession area that is great for ticketing
 single bathroom
6 ton AC unit
 up to 8 parking spaces (please contact us about how many you need prior to booking. Shared with other space)

$400 - PIANO usage with tuning (please allow at least 2-3 weeks notice preferably otherwise we will do our best)

$150 - Guitar Amp Rental (plus 50 dollar delivery fee) (need at least 2 weeks notice)

$150 - Bass Amp Rental (plus 50 dollar delivery fee) (need at least 2 weeks notice)

$150 - Cat Walk (we have up to 8 4x4 squares that can attach to the front. You design your shape. Need at least 2 weeks notice to plan)

 

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE STILL IN THE PROCESS OF ADDING ADDITIONAL POWER TO THIS LOCATION. WHILE WE HAVE POWER, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU PROVIDE A GENERATOR IF YOU REQUIRE HIGH POWERED PRODUCTION OR EVENTS.

PAYMENTS:

Deposit due upon booking to reserve a date in our calendar.

Balance due 24 hours before your booking day.

Final payment must be made in order to enter for booking.

We reserve the right to cancel any bookings with no refund if payments are not made. 

WE ACCEPT CASH (no fees), ZELLE (no fees), VENMO (1.9% fee) , CREDIT CARDS (3.9% fee)

PAYPAL (%4 transaction fee applied)

CASHIERS CHECK OR MONEY ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL ONE WEEK PRIOR TO EVENT OR PRODUCTION IN ORDER TO CLEAR. 

ARRIVAL:

You may arrive up to 15 minutes early for your booking. 

There is no early set up for bookings.

Include set up  / load in / and break down to your booking time.

EXITING:

Please put things back where you found them. Make the space as good as when you got there. You have a 15 minute grace period to exit the building from your wrap time. Full hour charge if beyond the 15 minutes. 

LOST AND FOUND:

We will hold lost and found items for up to 30 days.

After 30 days we will remove the item.

As long as you alert us or need to pick it up at a later date we will hold it.

 

PARKING:

We have 9 spots in the lot next door with white hanging signs. You are subject to Tow in any other space in the lot so only use our 9 spots.

Meters are free after 8pm

Street sweeping is Weds and Friday in the neighborhood.  

More meters located by LACC north of our venue on Heliotrope
