STUDIO A | RENTAL RATES
1-10 People: $89/hr
11-50 People (seats 36): $109/hr

​​After 11:00 PM or over 50 People: $129/hr
MAX CAPACITY CAST / CREW / IN BUILDING IS 50
ONLY SEATS 36, but some parties have more people and free roam, in which case 50 is MAX.

STUDIO A | MISC. FEES
$50 cleaning fee on each booking day.
Please return the space to the same state you found it in.
​
Commercial Rates are on a case by case basis.
$150 per night for overnight storage and is based on availability.
​
*Overnight hours are not always available.
Walkthroughs are available upon request and will be scheduled based on our staff availability.
Walkthroughs are approx. 15 minutes and for photos and questions. No tech runs. If you would like to test tech equipment there is a fee and you may schedule that for $30.

*Movie screenings require at least 1 hour of tech on site which is $35/hr.
​
SOUND AND LIGHT OPERATOR (BASIC OPERATIONS): $35/hr
*This does not include light programming for a full stage production. This is basic dimming and providing playback during your event/production. They will also assist with production however is needed. ​If you need more advanced tech or operators please let us know in advance and we can see who we have available.

STUDIO A | DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS​
*A DEPOSIT OF 50 PERCENT OF YOUR RENTAL FEE WILL BE DUE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING IN ORDER TO BE PLACED IN OUR CALENDAR.​ BALANCE IS DUE 48 HOURS PRIOR TO EVENT.

Final payment must be made in order to enter for booking.

We reserve the right to cancel any bookings with no refund if payments are not made.

WE ACCEPT CASH (no fees), ZELLE (no fees), VENMO (3.9% fee) , CREDIT CARDS (3.9% fee) PAYPAL (%3.9 transaction fee applied)

PAYPAL AND CASHIERS CHECK OR MONEY ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO EVENT OR PRODUCTION IN ORDER TO CLEAR.

CANELLATION POLICY
Deposits are fully refundable within 2 weeks of paying them provided the booking is more than a month away.
Deposits are %50 refundable after 2 weeks of paying them provided the event is more than a month away.
Deposits are nonrefundable within 1 month / 30 days of an event date no exceptions.
We do not allow cancellations / reschedules for any reason unless it is due to an error on our end. We do not take responsibility for unsold tickets / or lack of attendees. We do not reduce the cost of your booking based on lack of ticket sales or low turnout.
If you oversell your event, we will turn people away or charge you an overage fee. Your max audience hourly amount plus 100 an hour.

We do not take a percentage of your tickets!
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION​
ARRIVAL

You may arrive up to 15 minutes early for your booking.

There is no early set up for bookings.
-
Includes set up /load in and break down to your booking time.
-
Over-time is charged by the hour.

EXITING
Please put things back where you found them. Make the space as good as when you got there. You have a 15 minute grace period to exit the building from your wrap time. There will be a FULL HOUR charge if that goes beyond the 15 minutes.
​
LOST AND FOUND
We will hold lost and found items for up to 30 days. After 30 days we will remove the item. As long as you alert us or need to pick it up at a later date we will hold it.
PARKING

We have 9 spots in the lot next door with white hanging signs. You are subject to Tow in any other space in the lot so please only use our 9 spots. These spots are FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. You are not guaranteed 9 spots. you may reserve to hold a spot for $25 dollars and its based on availability.

Meters are free after 8pm
-
Street sweeping in the neighborhood is Wednesday and Friday.
-
More meters are located by LACC, north of our venue on Heliotrope.
