(any conversations about booking that started prior to that date, we will honor previous rate)

STUDIO A RENTAL RATES

1-10 people - $89/hr

11 - 50 people (seats 36) - 109/hr

​

after 11:00pm or over 50 people - 129/hr

MAX CAPACITY CAST / CREW / IN BUILDING IS 65

ONLY SEATS 36, but some parties have more people and free roam. in which case 65 is MAX.

 

$50 cleaning fee on each booking day.

Please return the space to the same state you found it.

​

Commercial Rates are on a case by case basis. 

$150 dollars per night for overnight storage and is based on availability.

​

*overnight hours are not always available.

walkthroughs are available upon request and will be scheduled based our our staff availability. 

walkthroughs are approx 15 minutes and for photos and questions. No tech runs. If you would like to test tech equipment there is a fee and you may schedule that for 30 dollars. 

​

*movie screenings require at least 1 hour of tech on site which is 35 dollars per hour. 

​

​

*A DEPOSIT OF 50 PERCENT OF YOUR RENTAL FEE WILL BE DUE AT TIME OF BOOKING TO BE PLACED IN OUR CALENDAR.



Playhouse Specifications:
Intimate theatre with 36 red plush seats on risers
Approximately 1100 sq foot space
Lobby and concession area that is great for ticketing
Dressing room and bathroom in back
Full length red curtains that open and close
3 hidden doors on the stage walls as well as a regular door and a set of French double doors, all have paths around the stage for entrances and exits
Sound booth for full stage lighting and sound

 

Optional add ons
 $50.00 - EPSON 3800 4k Projector and motorized screen
 $35.00 - LEKO Spotlight
 $40.00 - Popcorn machine / 3 packages of kernels serves 24-36 people 

* $10.00 per additional bag of kernels serves 8-12 people

 $50.00 - FOG MACHINE (ice not included, must bring own ice and towels)

* $125 - STAR DROP - blinking LED backdrop

* $35 - LED candles with moving flames (looks great on camera)

* $100 - ELECTRIC KEYBOARD

SOUND AND LIGHT OPERATOR (BASIC OPERATIONS): 35 dollars per hour

*this does not include light programming for a full stage production. this is basic dimming and providing playback during your event / production. They will also assist with production however is needed.

If you need more advanced tech or operators please let us know in advance and we can see who we have available.

Disclaimer:

PAYMENTS:

Deposit due upon booking to reserve a date in our calendar.

Balance due 24 hours before your booking day.

Final payment must be made in order to enter for booking.

We reserve the right to cancel any bookings with no refund if payments are not made. 

WE ACCEPT CASH (no fees), ZELLE (no fees), VENMO (1.9% fee) , CREDIT CARDS (3.9% fee)

PAYPAL (%4 transaction fee applied)

CASHIERS CHECK OR MONEY ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL ONE WEEK PRIOR TO EVENT OR PRODUCTION IN ORDER TO CLEAR.

ARRIVAL:

You may arrive up to 15 minutes early for your booking. 

There is no early set up for bookings.

Include set up  / load in / and break down to your booking time.

​

EXITING:

Please put things back where you found them. Make the space as good as when you got there. You have a 15 minute grace period to exit the building from your wrap time. Full hour charge if beyond the 15 minutes. 

​

LOST AND FOUND:

We will hold lost and found items for up to 30 days.

After 30 days we will remove the item.

As long as you alert us or need to pick it up at a later date we will hold it.

 

PARKING:

We have 9 spots in the lot next door with white hanging signs. You are subject to Tow in any other space in the lot so only use our 9 spots.

Meters are free after 8pm

Street sweeping is Weds and Friday in the neighborhood.
